Chad’s relationship with RNT started in 1993 when he booked a hunting trip with Jim Ronquest at Rich-N-Tone Guide Service. Chad purchased his first RNT acrylic duck call from Butch that same trip and has been blowing RNT calls ever since. After winning the Pennsylvania State Duck Calling Contest in 2000, John Stephens asked Chad if he’d be interested in joining the RNT Pro-Staff. Chad has also captured the New Jersey State Duck Calling Title on three occasions along with several team calling and non-sanctioned calling contest wins. Chad is also a Pro-Staffer for Natural Gear brand camo, Tribal Outdoors and Sight To Sea Labs.

Chad and his wife Jamie live in the waterfowl rich area along Delaware Bay in southern New Jersey. South Jersey offers all of the waterfowling opportunities the Atlantic flyway has to offer from Mallards in flooded timer, puddle ducks in the tidal marches, big water diver and seaduck hunting, brant hunting along the Atlantic coast and Canada and Snow goose hunting in the fields as well as saltwater marsh.

During hunting season you can find Chad running day to day operations for Cassel’s Waterfowl Outfitters as well as guiding waterfowlers through out South Jersey. Chad admits hunting Mallards “in the woods” and dry field Mallards among his favorite duck hunting pursuits.

When not hunting Chad can be found spending time training his Labrador Retrievers Elli and Cadie, Saltwater fishing or just spending time with family and friends.
