Growing up in the rice fields and hardwood bottoms near Clarendon, Arkansas, Chris was introduced to waterfowl hunting at a very early age.   He was working and finishing groups of mallards by himself in these fields by the age of 12.  While in high school, he hunted before or after school, never missing too many days. 
Chris attended Delta State University in Cleveland, Mississippi on a football scholarship and grew into a three time All-American Offensive Lineman, as well as the most decorated offensive lineman in the history of Div. ll.  Chris finished his degree, went on to obtain a MBA, and now is a Territory Manager for Americot INC. 
After college, Chris’s competitive nature and passion for waterfowling led him to pursue competitive duck calling.  Having used RNT calls in the field, this was the natural choice for Chris to begin his competitive calling career.  After receiving hours of coaching and practice, Chris hit the stage for his first contest and hasn’t looked back.  Since that he has placed in several major contests and qualified for the World’s Championship. Chris currently resides in Jonesboro with his wife Sunni and daughter Emery.  His passion has not faded, and he continues to learn as much about waterfowl and waterfowl hunting as he can.  He still hunts those rice fields and hardwoods near his hometown with his favorite hunting partner, his wife Sunni.
