Jim Stout was born and raised in Havre de Grace, Maryland, known for the "Famed Susquehanna Flats". Jim has enjoyed hunting and fishing these waters his whole life. He knew from a young age that this is how and where he would want to make his living.

He is doing just that, as a partner in "Flatliners" a BodyBooting Outfitter, which has also expanded their business to Central North Dakota. As an outfitter who spends a lot of time away from home, he enjoys time with his family through the summer months. Amy, his wife of seventeen years has always been supportive of his passion of waterfowling, and his son Jim Jr, twelve years old who also shares this passion is sure to follow in his dad's footsteps.
When Jim's not hunting or on the road, he likes to share his experiences and knowledge of the sport. Being a RNT Pro-Staffer allows him to meet and talk with a lot of people who are just starting out in waterfowling, or seasoned hunters looking for new ideas. Jim spends a lot of time conducting calling clinics, and enjoys receiving calls and emails about how his time and instruction made a difference.
